Corrections Policy

Material errors are corrected visibly, with the evidence rechecked and the conclusion rescored when needed.

Report a possible error

The public contact route will accept corrections with the page URL, disputed statement, exact model or document involved, and supporting evidence. The verified address will be activated before indexing.

How a correction is handled

  1. Log the report and preserve the original claim and source context.
  2. Recheck the raw record, model identity, manual, or other primary source.
  3. Correct the visible statement and every structured field or comparison that depends on it.
  4. Recalculate a score or recommendation if the evidence changes the decision.
  5. Add a dated correction note when the error was material to a reader’s decision.
